About BMC
At BMC, we provide top tier consulting in all aspects of program management with a focus on DoD and IC. We will provide as much or as little expertise as you need. We are not a "big box" consulting business - Our focus is on ensuring you and your customers are fulfulling your mission and business.

I began my career in the late 80's as a college student working at Martin Marietta. I used an Apple Macintosh Plus desktop to provide a variety of office support tasks in support of a critical classifed intelligence community customer. From that point forward, I knew that supporting the IC/DOD missions was my calling. I thrived on knowing that my work directly improved the country's ability to defend and protect itself.
Since 1991, I managed programatic and technical projects with all military branches and IC members. Programs vary from enterprise software development and deployment to unmanned underwater vehicle development to satelite development to next gen fighter aircraft development.
My expertise is centered on new and on-going development work, but I can also help with O&M programs too. Expertise in business development, competitive proposals, start-up, in-process change management, trusted customer relationships, contracts, finance, communications and risk management.
